Creative Cooking School’s mission is to “Teach Professional Techniques to the Home Chef.”  We offer classes to serve every kind of student, from beginners through seasoned cooks. We offer a wide variety of cooking, baking and pastry programs throughout the year. These classes provide students the training they need to become proficient cooks without the cost or time commitment of a traditional culinary academy. We are the number one location in the United States for Culinary Team Building. Students will learn all the essentials of classic culinary techniques as well as receive basic training in ethnic cuisines and advanced recipe development.  Everyone can learn to master the basic techniques and the fundamentals of cooking. We have cooking classes for everyone!

Our  Cooking Classes are for those that love food and the camaraderie that comes with it.  According to Julia Child, "Enjoy the pleasures of cooking and sharing good food." She also said “above all, have a good time in the kitchen.”

Recipes in cookbooks and even watching recipes demonstrated on TV cannot equal the learning experience of a real cooking class. In classes you have the opportunity to use your five senses to see, hear, smell, touch and taste everything including the final prepared dish.  You have the opportunity to interact with the instructor and ask questions in a cooking class to help you better understand the concepts and techniques.
