Get ready to learn classical Italian Cuisine! Chef Heather is the Senior Chef at Terra Rossa Italian Restaurant at Red Rock Resort Casino and Spa. She will demonstrate some of the Authentic Italian dishes she prepares at Terra Rossa. Such as: Homemade pastas, pizzas, Risottos and fresh fish. Chef Heather is also a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America.

If you cannot attend class, call us at 702-562-3900 at least 48-HOURS BEFORE the class and we will give you credit towards a future class or a refund. If you cancel after the 48-hour time frame or miss a class, NO REFUNDS or CREDIT will be given. If you are unable to attend class, you may send someone in your place. Creative Cooking School reserves the right to cancel classes. Class offerings depend on minimum enrollment. In this event, we will notify you and provide a refund or we will give you credit towards a future class. You will have 1 YEAR ONLY to use any credit from a cancelled class.
