DESSERTS 101
In this class the chef will give you an overview of the pastry basics as well as show you how to execute some fabulous pastries! This class is for the beginner but will expand on the very basics. The chef will cover things such as pie crusts, doughs, pastry creams, sponge cakes, ice cream, souffle cake, bar cookies, ganache and wafers. **Menu subject to change

Class Registration
Please register early, classes are on a first come, first service basis. All applications must be accompanied by full payment.

If you cannot attend class, call us at 702-562-3900 at least 48-HOURS BEFORE the class and we will give you credit towards a future class or a refund. If you cancel after the 48-hour time frame or miss a class, NO REFUNDS or CREDIT will be given. If you are unable to attend class, you may send someone in your place. Creative Cooking School reserves the right to cancel classes. Class offerings depend on minimum enrollment. In this event, we will notify you and provide a refund or we will give you credit towards a future class. You will have 1 YEAR ONLY to use any credit from a cancelled class.
