BIOGRAPHY

Chef Dennis comes to us as a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA). He is trained in Classic French and Italian Cuisines. Chef Dennis has worked as a chef all over the country including the Fairmont Hotel, Ameristar, Excalibur, Lake Mead Cruises and the United States Navy.
