What To Bring And What's Included
Bring pen and paper for notes. Wear closed toe shoes and clothing appropriate for cooking over high flames. You will receive a copy of all recipes. For Demonstration classes you will get small size portions of all foods cooked.
For Hand-On Classes you get meal size portions of all foods cooked, if we have extra's you may take some home. For all classes we also provide water, coffee and soft drinks.
